General conditions of sale for AURALDIE JULIEN LLC & JOVE BUSINESS GROWTH CONSULTING
Article 1: Scope of application
These general conditions of sale apply to all transactions concluded through the websites of the JOVE BUSINESS GROWTH CONSULTING network. We do our best to restrict access to our sites, products and services to minors. Article 1b: Refund
You have 72 hours to change your mind for all consulting and digital marketing offers. 7 Days for all coaching programs. 14 days for any courses. After the refund portal is expired you are locked in for the duration of the contract whatever that may be for coaching, digital marketing, and consulting. For courses, you are locked in course is yours.
Article 1c: Payment
If you choose a recurring payment plan you will be charged on the same day using the payment method on file. If your payment decline, we will contact you and reprocess again in 24 hours and if payment decline 3x in 72 hours we will invoice you via email to update your payment method.
Article 2: Order
Any order placed on a site belonging to the company Jove Business Growth consulting implies full and unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale.
Article 3: Price
The prices are indicated in U.S. Dollars all taxes included The price of items can be changed at any time. However, the price applied to an order will be that announced at the time of the order.
Article 4: Payment
Payment is due immediately on the date of the order, including for pre-order products. You can pay by credit card. Cards issued by banks domiciled outside United States must be international bank cards (Mastercard , Visa or American Express). Secure online payment by credit card is made through the company Stripe. Article 5: Delivery
Delivery is ONLINE VIA GOODLE MEETING on dates agreed on sales call for CONULTING, DIGITAL MARKETING OR COACHING and courses are delivered between 1-36 hours via email. Delivery timeline and turn around for digital marketing/ and consulting will be discussed on onboarding call . it is your responsibility to complete your course and show up for your coaching session and collaborating as needed for Done for you services such as digital marketing
Article 6: Protection of personal data
In accordance with the Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, you have the right to access and rectify personal data concerning you. We declare all of our files to the National Commission for Data Protection.
